Full-text
manuscripts are accepted for publication in Turkish, other Turkish
dialects and English. The alphabet to be used in writing can be latin
or krill alphabet. Full-text manuscripts must comply with grammar and
spelling rules. For spelling and punctuation rules in Turkish full texts, the Turkish Language Association's
"Current Turkish Dictionary" and/or "Büyük Turkish
Dictionary" and "Turkish Spelling and Spelling Guide" should
be used. For other Turkish dialects, Azerbaijan
Turkish, Kazakhstan
dialect, Kyrgyzstan dialect,
Uzbekistan
dialect, Turkmenistan
dialect should follow their own spelling
rules. For other Turkish dialects, their
own spelling and spelling rules will be taken into consideration. In English full
texts, Longman
Dictionary of Contemporary English,
Oxford
Advanced Learner's Dictionary, Cambridge Advanced
Learner's Dictionary can be used.
Full
texts that are not prepared in accordance with the spelling rules are
rejected directly by the editorial board without referring them to the
referees.
Field
Code/Jel Codes: In order to identify the field of the
full text article more easily, the field code/Jel codes should be specified.

Full
Text Length and Format Requirements
The full-text
manuscript to be submitted must not have been previously published in another
journal, etc. and must not be submitted for publication. Full-text manuscripts should
be analyzed with iThenticate similarity program and the analysis
report showing a maximum 20% similarity rate and signed author
declaration forms should be uploaded to the system. Book chapters with a
similarity rate exceeding 5% on the basis of source will not be evaluated.
All parts of the
full-text manuscript should be in "Microsoft Word Document" format,
text and conclusion sections should be in "Arial" font and "11
point" size. Manuscripts should be 1.5 line spacing and margins should be
2.5 cm. from each edge. Each study should be maximum 20 pages. Appendices and bibliography are not included in these
20 pages. Full-text studies should be written as concisely as possible, but
attention should also be paid to be understandable. It is mandatory to
use the sample full text template below for the full text. Submissions
other than this template will be rejected directly at the editorial stage (To
download, click on the "File" tab in the upper left corner of the
page opened. It is then downloaded in ".docx" format in the
"Download" tab);

Title
The main title
should reflect the subject matter of the full text in the most concise manner
and should be in "Times New Roman" font, "14 point" size,
bold, centered and 1.5 line spacing. Other Headings should be in
"Arial" font, font size "11 point", bold, centered on the
left (first line at 1.25) and 1.5 line spacing. They should be descriptive and
specific and limited to a maximum of 96 characters. In addition, at the
application stage, the short title (running head) of the full
text in Turkish and English (in the relevant Turkish dialect when written in
Other Turkish Dialects) should be included with a maximum of 50
characters including spaces.
Author/Author
Information
No information
about the author(s) (name, institution, etc.) should be included in the file.
However, when the full text is accepted and sent to the author by the
editor-in-chief for the addition of name and contact information, the following
conditions should be followed: The name and surname of the author(s) should be
clearly indicated under the title, centered, in "Arial" font,
"12 point" size, bold and 1 line spacing. The title, institution and
contact information of the author(s) should be written with (1) footnote (2, 3,
... if there is more than one author) in "Arial" font, "8
point" size, bold and single-spaced.
Sample author information; Author Title/Student, Institution where
he/she works/University and Field if he/she is a student, e-mail address,
City/Country.
ORCID information

Abstract
and Extended Abstract Writing

For Turkish full texts; Turkish abstract,
English abstract and Extended English abstract should be written. You can find
the spelling rules on the full text template.

For full texts in other Turkish dialects;
abstract, Turkish abstract, Russian abstract (optional-not mandatory) and
extended English abstract should be written in the Turkish dialect in which the
full text is written. You can find the spelling rules on the full text template.

For full texts in English; it is sufficient to
write English abstract and Extended English abstract. You can find the spelling
rules on the full text template.
Tables,
Figures and Appendices
The following
methods should be followed in the creation of tables:
- The title of the table should be
in Arial 11 font size and the content should be in Arial 10 font size. If
the content does not fit in the table, the content can be in Arial 9 font
size; however, the size should not be reduced further in order to make the
table look clear. (Source section and Note section, if any, should be
in Arial 8 font size.)
- Line spacing should primarily be
1.15. If the content does not fit in the table, the content can be 1.00.
- In the title of the table, the
first letter of each word should be capitalized.
- The table should be given under
the title.
- If there is a footnote to the
table, it should be written under the table and its size should be 9
points.
- If the table is taken from a
source, the source must be indicated.
- Tables should be aligned to the
left.

- If there are
graphics, figures, photographs or diagrams in the study, the following methods
should be followed in their creation:
· Graphic,
Figure or Diagram visuals should not be in the form of screenshots/photos
(print screen) and should be created by entering data via Word/excel.
Photographs should not be in the form of (print screen) and should be original.
· The
title of the Graphic, Figure, Photograph or Diagram should be in Arial 11-point
font and the first letter of each word in the title should be capitalized.
· Graphic,
Figure, Photograph or Diagram should be presented under the title.
· If
the Graphic, Figure, Photograph or Diagram contains text and the size of the
text can be changed, the size of the text should be Arial 10 pt. If the content
does not fit in the figure, the content can be in Arial 9 font size; however,
the size should not be reduced further in order to make the figure look clear.
(Source section and Note section, if any, should be in Arial 8 font size.)
· If
the Graphic, Figure, Photograph or Diagram is taken from a source, the source
must be indicated.

Formulas
and Statistics: Formulas and Equations should be
written left-aligned and numbered (1), (2), (3)... on the right side.
APA symbols should be used to express statistical values (e.g. X̄ for
arithmetic mean, β for beta, α for alpha). Statistical abbreviations
such as ANOVA, CFA, BIC, CFA, RMSEA, SEM, SRMR should be given where they
are first used. If the statistical value can exceed 1 , 'zero' and 'dot'
should be used for numbers below 1: F(2, 15) = 0.43, t(20) = 0.52. If
the statistical value does not exceed 1, 'zero' is not used before the dot: p
= .015. For detailed information, please refer to chapter 6 of the 7th
Edition APA Guidelines.
For
studies that require ethics committee permission,
the ethics committee permission must be uploaded to the system. Research
requiring Ethics Committee permission is as follows;

Artificial
Intelligence (AI) Ethics Rules are valid in our
journal and authors are required to comply with the rules explained below with
the help of the Table. Authors are fully responsible for any ethical
violations. In the academic studies that
the authors will send to our journal, the rules of the "Ethical
Guidelines on the Use of Productive Artificial Intelligence in Scientific
Research and Publication Activities of Higher Education Institutions"
determined by the Higher Education Council (YÖK) in 2024 and the international
ethical rules mentioned in the Table below are valid and the authors
are required to prepare their articles in accordance with the ethical rules.
All ethical violations in this regard belong to the author. By submitting
academic work to the journals on the Academic Comment platform, the author is
deemed to have accepted all conditions regarding ethical principles in advance.
