Articles are
accepted for publication in Turkish, other Turkish dialects and English.
The alphabet to be used in writing can be Latin or Cyrillic . The
article should comply with the grammar and spelling rules. In Turkish articles, the Turkish Language Association's "Current
Turkish Dictionary" and/or "Great Turkish Dictionary" and
"Turkish Spelling and Orthography Guide" should be used for
spelling and punctuation rules. In other Turkish dialects , Azerbaijani Turkish
,
Kazakhstan dialect , Kyrgyzstan dialect
,
Uzbekistan dialect ,
Turkmenistan dialect should comply with their own spelling rules. For other
Turkish dialects, their own spelling and orthography rules will be taken into
consideration. In English articles, the
Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English , Oxford Advanced Learner's
Dictionary , Cambridge Advanced
Learner's Dictionary can be used.
Articles
that are not prepared in accordance with the writing rules are
directly rejected by the editorial board without being directed to the
referees.
Science

codes should be specified to more easily determine the field of the article to

Extended Abstract Format

Word Count:
The extended abstract should generally be between 1500-2000 words.

Font Type and Size: Arial,
9-point font should be used for all text.

Spacing: Single line spacing should be used and no
extra space should be left between paragraphs.

The extended abstract
should be written in an academic style and grammatical rules should be
followed.

Unnecessary technical
details should be avoided, but sufficient information should be provided to
demonstrate the originality of the study.

Title
The main title
should reflect the subject matter of the article in the most concise manner and
should be in "Times New Roman" font size "14 Point", bold
centered and 1.5 line spacing. It should be descriptive and specific and should
be limited to a maximum of 96 characters. In addition, at the application
stage, the short title (running head) of the article in
Turkish and English (in the relevant Turkish dialect when written in Other
Turkish Dialects) should be included in a maximum of 50 characters
including spaces.

Information
No information
about the author(s) (name, institution, etc.) should be included in the file.
However, when the manuscript is sent to the author by the editor-in-chief for
the addition of name and contact information after the article is accepted, the
following conditions must be followed: The name and surname of the author(s)
should be clearly indicated under the title, centered, in "Arial"
font, "12 point" size, bold and 1 line spacing. The title,
institution and contact information of the author(s) should be written with (1)
footnote (2, 3, ... if there is more than one author) in "Arial"
font, "8 point" size, bold and single-spaced. Sample author information; Author
Title/Student, Institution where he/she works/University and Field if he/she is
a student, e-mail address, City/Country.

of each author should also be included. You can get the Orcid number from https://orcid.org/
Artificial
Intelligence (AI) Ethics Rules are valid in the
symposium and authors are required to comply with the rules explained below
with the help of the Table. Authors are fully responsible for any ethical
violations. In the academic studies to
be sent by the authors to the symposium, the rules of the "Ethical
Guidelines on the Use of Productive Artificial Intelligence in Scientific
Research and Publication Activities of Higher Education Institutions"
determined by the Higher Education Council (YÖK) in 2024 and the international
ethical rules mentioned in the Table below are valid and the authors
are required to prepare their articles in accordance with the ethical rules.
All ethical violations in this regard belong to the author. By submitting an
